Further Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Development plans for the financier's private tropical island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore included in this latest document drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had created plans to develop the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.

This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing various sections of the property.

Alongside this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.

More images released as part of the continuing congressional release.
